1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AIRem ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AIRem is an AI-powered servant service that provides:
- Interactive conversations with an AI servant represented by a Live2D avatar
- Calendar management and scheduling assistance
- Real-time information through web search
- Structured memory that learns from your conversations
- Text-to-speech (TTS) voice output
- Customizable servant appearances and behaviors
- User Live2D model uploads for personalized avatars
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
5. Paid Subscriptions and Billing
5.1 Plans
The Service offers Free, Basic, and Pro plans. Features and pricing for each plan are available on the Pricing page.
5.2 Billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Payments are processed through the PortOne payment service, and the terms of your chosen payment method apply in addition to these terms.
5.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will automatically end on the next billing date.
5.4 Refunds
AIRem is a digital service that is delivered immediately upon payment. Refunds are not available after payment has been processed. If you are unable to use the service due to an issue on our end (e.g., service outage), you may be eligible for compensation for the affected period. See the Pricing page for details.
5.5 Price Changes
We may change our pricing and will notify you in advance. Updated prices will take effect from the next billing cycle.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or offensive content
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Interfere with the Service's operation
- Upload malicious files or code
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
7. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (such as custom Live2D models). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by AIRem and protected by intellectual property laws. The Live2D SDK is used under license from Live2D Inc.
9. AI-Generated Content
Responses from the AI servant are generated using artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. The Service should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIREM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings menu.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea.
